and food!&nbsp;This family-friendly event provides entertainment and fellowship for all ages.

Whether you’re a first-time karaoke singer, a seasoned performer, a poet, comedian, storyteller, or have another unique ability, the mic is yours to express yourself and share your talents. Bring on your solo, duet, groups and acts of all kinds!
Karaoke music and on-screen lyrics are provided or bring your own music/instruments. If you’d like to perform, simply sign up on the spot. Advanced registration is not required.
We also welcome those who prefer to just sit back and enjoy the performances and camaraderie. Your role is just as important, to help create an energetic and supportive atmosphere to appreciate each other’s artistry.A pot-luck dinner will be served. All are asked to bring a side dish or dessert to share.

Chair yoga classes are a gentle form of yoga that can be practiced while seated in a chair or using the chair for support while standing. This type of class focuses on basic yoga poses, stretching, and breathing exercises, making it accessible to individuals of all fitness levels, including beginners and those with physical limitations or injuries.
Overall, chair yoga classes offer a safe and inclusive way to experience the benefits of yoga, making it accessible to all.

About Corina Genson Corina Genson is a dedicated yoga, nutrition and lifestyle wellness consultant. She is passionate about guiding others towards a healthier, more balanced life.
As a registered Yoga Alliance teacher, Corina has completed her RYT-200, along with specialized training in Children’s yoga, Restorative, Yin, and Yoga for Athletes through YogaRenew. Her deep understanding of the mind and body connection is rooted in her extensive training and personal experience.

Unity Atlanta Church invites the Spanish-speaking community to Divine Connection (Conexión Divina), led by Rev. Xiomara Malagon. This weekly Zoom class is conducted in Spanish and features various topics for personal and spiritual development.
August sessions feature the Unity Booklet, “Change Your Thinking Change Your Life”. Changing your thinking can change your circumstances. It can bring comfort, prosperity, and the life you want to live.
This is an open and ongoing class. All are welcome. Drop-in any time.

Rev. Xiomara Malagon is from the Dominican Republic. She became certified and ordained as Unity Minister in 1999. She served as Worldwide Support Coordinator at Unity World Ministries for over 16 years. In recognition of her service, she received the 2020 Myrtle Fillmore Award. Currently, she serves at Unity Atlanta Church in the Congregational Care Team and leads the study and prayer group “Conexión Divina” that serves the Spanish speaking community.

This is a class on the metaphysical translation of the Lord’s Prayer from Aramaic, the main language of the culture and area at the time Jesus was teaching the disciples.
Facilitated by Elisha Fields, one of Unity Atlanta Church’s Prayer Chaplains and Energy Healers.
Elisha will speak the prayer in Aramaic and explain the original translation line by line and how it correlates with the Kabbalah and the Hermetic Laws of the universe.
