16 Year Old And 14 Year Old Charged In Deadly Shooting
Gwinnett County Police also have identified the victim who was killed in the shooting, who is also 16 years old.

NORCROSS, GA β A 16 year old and a 14 year old have been arrested and charged with murder in a shooting last weekend in Norcross.
Omar Ramos, 16, and Ronaldo Cruz, 14, both of Norcross, shot two other teens in the early morning hours of Nov. 18 at a Norcross apartment complex, according to Gwinnett County Police.
Zachary Nelson, 16, was killed in the shooting and Noah Fullilove, 17, was shot in the arm. Police believe the shooting happened as part of a robbery attempt.

Police officers were in the area of Rockbridge Court apartment complex, at 2232 Rockbridge Ct., at about 4 a.m. responding to an unrelated matter when they heard three gunshots ring out. They started searching the complex and were approached by Fullilove.
After the shooting, police were patrolling the area when they say they found Ramos and Cruz riding bicycles. They matched the description witnesses gave of the shooters and were detained and questioned. Later, police said, it was determined they were involved in the shooting.

Ramos is charged with murder, two counts of armed robbery and two counts of aggravated assault. Cruz is charged with murder and two counts of armed robbery. Both were processed at Gwinnett County Jail and taken to a youth detention facility.
"It is our hope that the arrest of the two suspects in this case will start to bring closure for the Nelson and Fullilove families," police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said in a written statement.
