2 Men Wounded While Watching Backyard Volleyball Game: Update
Gwinnett Police said three men were targeted during Sunday night's reported double shooting in Peachtree Corners.

Gunfire erupted during a backyard volleyball game, wounding two men who had been watching the game, Gwinnett Police said Tuesday in an update of Sunday night’s double shooting in Peachtree Corners.

About 30 people were playing in the backyard of 4763 Winters Chapel Road, near the DeKalb County line, when shots were fired around 9 p.m. Sunday night.
Three men next door at 4769 Winters Chapel were watching the game from the driveway, and at some point, someone from 4763 Winters Chapel fired at them, Gwinnett Police public information officer Michele Pihera said.

Police said Juan Aguirre, 53, was shot in the upper chest and leg, and was found at the scene. Arnoldo Ortuno, 47, who fled and was found later on Spring Drive, was shot in his leg. Both men were taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville with non-life-threatening injuries. Their conditions were not known Tuesday morning, Pihera said.
The third man targetted was not wounded. He ran for cover and was later found and interviewed by police.
Pihera said all of the potential witnesses and/or suspects at 4763 Winters Chapel Road fled the area on foot and in cars before police arrived. Evidence was collected at both properties.
