2nd Casting Call For Peachtree Corners Web Series Set

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — If you missed the first casting call to appear in a pair of Web series being worked up in Peachtree Corners, you're in luck. Producers are hosting a second call for the two "light news and entertainment" series on Monday.

The casting call will be from 3-7 p.m. on Monday, Oct. 23 at Prototype Prime — 147 Technology Pkwy. in Peachtree Corners.

The city is working with Tytan Pictures on the two features.

Producers are looking for women and men, 18 and older, "with excellent communication skills and who are comfortable and engaging when talking to people on camera."

Candidates "must be professional and attractive in appearance," according to a release from the city. The release says "traditional, elegant, distinguished, edgy or eclectic personas" will be considered.

The first series is "The Corners," which is described as "an entertainment weekly show that features fashion, food, lifestyle, life hacks, DIY, glamour, sports, fitness, entertainment, and interesting people and businesses."

The second is "Peachtree Positive," described as "a news magazine style show" which "features uplifting stories, news, people, events, and businesses making a positive difference."

Producers are casting for multiple show hosts as well as multiple correspondents. Those cast will be paid a day rate of $100-$300 based on the size of their roles. It is a non-union job and all experience levels are welcome.

Special consideration will be given to Peachtree Corners residents or those that work in the city, but that is not a requirement. The job will involve 2-3 filming days per month for up to nine months. Anyone needing more information may email jstone@tytancreates.com.
