
NORCROSS, Georgia β June 1, 2011 β Ashworth College, a leading provider of accredited, online education programs, announced today that Kelsha Abraham has been appointed Academic Operations Manager. Abraham brings more than 8 years of experience in education and customer service to her new role at Ashworth (http://www.ashworthcollege.edu).
A resident of Peachtree Corners, Abraham joined Ashworth College in 2008 as an education specialist where her professional background in education and customer relations contributed to her being promoted six short months later to Graduate Education Supervisor. In her new role, she is responsible for managing the academic service advisor team, external contractors, graders, instructors and the grading administration staff.
Originally from North Augusta, SC, Abraham previously worked for both AT&T and Knology Broadband Inc. in several capacities including relay agent, escalations supervisor, trainer and coach. An entrepreneur, she is also the co-founder of a non-profit tutoring company focusing on improving standardized test scores in math across the state of Georgia.

Abraham holds a Masterβs of Business Administration degree from Upper Iowa University and a Bachelorβs of Science in Biological Sciences degree from Clemson University. In her spare time, she enjoys black and white photography, reading puzzles and learning to play the guitar.
