Boulder Falls From Truck, Kills Gwinnett Driver; News Nearby
The accident happened Tuesday morning in northwest Georgia.
A Lilburn man was killed after a boulder fell off a paving truck and struck his vehicle on U.S. 411 Tuesday morning near Fairmount, Ga.
The Calhoun Times, citing information from the Georgia State Patrol, reported John Emanuel, 36, was killed in the accident.
The rock struck Emanuel’s Honda Odyssey minivan on the driver’s side of the windshield. The accident happened around 8 a.m. Tuesday.
