Rev. Jennifer Sacks invites you to join us as she presents messages that support us in being fully grounded, faithful people who recognize the difficult, sad, and scary, yet still choose to live as our greatest soul selves.

July 12 – Me in Spirit

Theme: Integrating spirituality and emotional wellbeing helps us recognize our divinity.

Transformation: Separate > Present

July 19 – Me Beneath the Surface

Theme: Spiritual bypassing is believing our divinity exists without our humanity.

Transformation: Pretending > Honest

July 26 – Me Beyond the Past

Theme: What happened before does not determine what happens next.

Transformation: Blame > Ownership

August 2 – The Limits of Me

Theme: Hitting the wall only hurts when we try to be, have, and do it all.

Transformation: Willful > Willing

August 9 - Am I Losing Me?

Theme: A dark night of the soul is a way through the wall.

Transformation: Bewildered > Curious

August 16– Loving Others Like Me

Theme: We can encourage people we don’t even know.

August 23 – Permission to Be Me

Theme: The world needs all we are here to be.

Transformation: Fearful > Confident

The uplifting Sunday services include a guided meditation and time for reflection. Special music is provided by Unity Atlanta Church’s Soulful Harmonics Band. Youth Sunday School is held 11am -12pm for ages 5-18. Nursery service is available 10:30 am-12:30 pm. Join us in person or via live-stream.
