Casting Call: Peachtree Corners Filming 'News And Entertainment' Web Series
Producers have scheduled a casting call for two Web series being shot in the city.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — Are you comfortable on camera and good at talking to people? If so, Peachtree Corners may be giving you your big break.
The city, working with Tytan Pictures, is producing two "light news and entertainment Web-based series about the City of Peachtree Corners."
The producers are looking for women and men, 18 and older, "with excellent communication skills and who are comfortable and engaging when talking to people on camera."

Candidates "must be professional and attractive in appearance," according to a release from the city. The release says "traditional, elegant, distinguished, edgy or eclectic personas" will be considered.
The casting call is 4-8 p.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 11, at Prototype Prime, at 147 Technology Pkwy. Suite 100, in Peachtree Corners.

The first series, according to the release, is "The Corners," which is described as "an entertainment weekly show that features fashion, food, lifestyle, life hacks, DIY, glamour, sports, fitness, entertainment, and interesting people and businesses."
The second is "Peachtree Positive," described as "a news magazine style show" which "features uplifting stories, news, people, events, and businesses making a positive difference."
Producers are casting for multiple show hosts as well as multiple correspondents. Those cast will be paid a day rate of $100-$300 based on the size of their roles. It is a non-union job and all experience levels are welcome.
Special consideration will be given to Peachtree Corners residents or those that work in the city, but that is not a requirement. The job will involve 2-3 filming days per month for up to nine months. Anyone needing more information may email jstone@tytancreates.com.
