Charges Filed After Fatal Wreck on Beaver Ruin Road

A Clarkston man has been charged with second-degree vehicular homicide in connection with a fatal Saturday afternoon accident on Beaver Ruin Road.
Tu My Nguyen is accused of causing the accident that killed Carol Reynolds of Lawrenceville, the Gwinnett Daily reported.
Police say Nguyen failed to yield while turning onto Beaver Ruin, forcing a large pickup truck into oncoming traffic, where it struck the vehicle driven by Reynolds.
