Computer-Services Company Moves Jobs To Gwinnett
CGS will bring 350 employees to the Peachtree Corners facility, with room to hire as many as 1,200, the company says.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — CGS, a computer-services company with an office in Atlanta, is moving that office, and its 350 jobs, to Peachtree Corners.
The move, announced by the company and Partnership Gwinnett, will give the company the ability to expand to as many as 1,200 employees, officials said.
A global provider of business applications, enterprise learning and outsourcing services, CGS (Computer Generated Solutions) outgrew its Atlanta offices, where it has been for more than 10 years, the company said in a news release.

"We’re excited to officially open our new facility to further provide best-in-class services to current and future customers," said Phil Friedman, president and CEO of CGS. "With the continued expansion of our contact center business, it was essential to not just find a larger space, but one with improved security and technology capabilities. The Peachtree Corners venue allows for advancing the support of our global customer base."
The new facility, located at 3795 Data Dr. in Peachtree Corners, is one of CGS’s 18 global locations.

The Atlanta-based office is a high-volume contact center, providing help desk, tech support, customer care, sales and financial process outsourcing services.
Officials say the 55,000-square-foot Peachtree Corners facility allows space for up to 1,200 employees, which would more than double the number at its previous location.
The facility also includes a biometric security system, secured access rooms, and a state-of-the-art data center for reliable operations and to protect in the handling of sensitive customer information.
"CGS’s decision to locate in Gwinnett makes a great statement about the company’s confidence in the strength of our business environment," said Gwinnett County Commission Chair Charlotte Nash. "We are excited to welcome them to our community and are confident that they will see continued growth and success here."
The new facility also offers added training space to accommodate the anticipated growth.
