Daisy Acosta Wins Financial Literacy Prize

The Rockbridge Elementary student was recognized for her financial literacy artwork.

Daisy Acosta, Age: 10

Key to awesomeness: Daisy’s poster stood out as both in style and in her clever use of cartoon caped crusaders standing up to save the day for animated US currency.

Accomplishment: Daisy won CredAbility’s regional “Be Money Wi$e”  financial literacy poster contest. The entry she sent to the non-profit credit counseling agency was judged as the best for elementary school children in metro Atlanta, based on creativity, artwork style and expression of the theme, “Be a Super Hero and Save Money.” She won $100 for her work.
