Early Voting in Peachtree Corners: Nearly 300 Cast Ballots on Alcohol Sales Issue in First Week

At issue: Referendum to decide whether city will allow package sales of distilled spirits.

In the first week of Early Voting, 216 citizens stopped by City Hall to cast their votes for the referendum to decide on whether to allow the city to issue licenses for the package sale of distilled spirits.

And 61 ballots have been mailed in.

You can obtain an absentee ballot on the city’s website. Locate the “Government” tab at the top of the homepage and click on “Absentee Ballot by Mail” in the pull-down menu for a printable form.

Early voting ends Oct. 31. Stop by City Hall Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. to cast your vote
