Earth Fare Opening in Peachtree Corners

The new organic grocer is set to open its first metro Atlanta store on Wednesday, Jan. 14.

Earth Fare is set to open its newest store in Peachtree Corners next week. The Asheville, NC-based grocer officially opens at 8 a.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 14. Its newest location is in the Village at Peachtree Corners shopping center on Peachtree Parkway across from The Forum. It’s the company’s first location in metro Atlanta.

Located in the former site of Office Max, the Peachtree Corners store is the 34th for the business first founded in 1975. The new 24,000 square-foot will offer a variety of healthy foods such as:

Assortment of fresh, organic and local produce

A butcher shop with antibiotic- and hormone-free meat

Assortment of seafood

Breads and baked goods made daily

Gluten-free, sugar-free, dairy-free and other dietary products

Earth Fare also boosts that its food is free of high fructose corn syrup, artificial fats and trans-fats, antibiotic and synthetic growth hormones or artificial colors and sweeteners.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony is planned for 7:45 a.m. opening day with Earth Fare’s president and CEO, Frank Scorpiniti and Peachtree Corners’ Mayor Mike Mason.

Family-friendly activities are also planned throughout grand opening week.

The store will feature daily specials every week, and shoppers can save through mobile app deals and monthly store flyers. Earth Fare also has a loyalty program called Tomato Bank where customers can earn points that may be redeemed for future purchases.

Earth Fare plans on adding two additional stores in Druid Hills and Cumming within the next year.

The new store is located at 5270 Peachtree Parkway, regular operating hours are 8 a.m. - 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. on Sundays. Telephone: (770) 242-7568.
