The center has about 10 spaces to lease depending on how the retail space is divided and has space that could be built out as a restaurant. Gough said "there is activity on the other spaces," but he declined to elaborate saying that negotiations are still ongoing.
"We're being selective on who comes into the space," said Gough. "We like to get comments from the people in Peachtree Corners on what they'd like to see here."
What would you like to see in the remodeled shopping center? A nice steak restaurant, a toy store, an arts and crafts shop, a hobby shop?
