The Mt. Carmel United Methodist Church Youth Group will present their dinner theatre production of THE PHANTOM OF THE OP’RY by Tim Kelly on Friday, March 18 & Saturday, March 19, 2011 at 7:00 pm. Β Join us for an evening of music and mayhem as Gaston Leroux's famous melodrama has been restaged as a shriek-a-minute comedy spoof.Β  The Skunk Creek, Nevada’s op’ry house’s star attraction is opera diva Carlotta Barracuda. Her understudy, the lovely Christine Swansong, dreams of a musical career, but Carlotta will stop at nothing to see that she doesn't get it. Enter the Phantom, who demands that Christine sing instead of Carlotta – or else! Suspense, romance, thrills, chills, a falling chandelier and lots of laughs await you!
