The United Ebony Society is proud to present its Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Day Parade with the kick off to be held at the Gazebo at the , Georgia on Monday, January 16, 2012 @ 10:00a.m.
Our theme this year is “Unity in Diversity” which reflects the growth and collaborating of nationalities represented in Gwinnett County. The United Ebony Society’s goal is to reach out to the community and make this an inclusive event which truly symbolizes the vision of Dr. King.
The Grand Marshall for the 12th annual MLK Day Parade will be Pedro “Pete” Marin Georgia Gwinnett District 96!
Please free feel to park your vehicle at Central Gwinnett High School located at 564 Crogan Street, Lawrenceville. Shuttle buses will be available to the Historic Courthouse. This is the location for the commencement of the parade.
10:00 a.m. Kickoff at the Historic Courthouse Gazebo
10:30 a.m. Parade assembly and step off.
We will end at Central Gwinnett High School.
