Peachtree Corners City Council Special Called Meeting

PUBLIC NOTICE CITY OF PEACHTREE CORNERS SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Thursday, July 12, 2102

The Mayor and Council of the City of Peachtree Corners will hold a SPECIAL CALLED MEETING at 7:30pm on Thursday, July 12, 2012.

This meeting will be held at the Robert D. Fowler Family YMCA, which is located at 5600 West Jones Bridge Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092.

The purpose of this Special Called Meeting will be to allow:

• The Consideration of Approving a Banking Agreement
• Authorization to Prepare a RFP for a Tax Anticipation Note
• An Ordinance to Amend the IGA with Gwinnett County
• An Ordinance on the Creation of a Five-Member Planning Commission
• And for Other Purposes and to hear Reports and Presentations on upcoming agenda items.

All meetings are open to the public.
