On Thursday, January 12, 2012 at the Global Mall located at 5675 Jimmy Carter Blvd. in Norcross (next to Pappadeaux Restaurant) from 6:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m., individuals from across Gwinnett County are being asked to share their opinions and hear key community leaders discuss the merits of a regional transportation system.
Several Gwinnett transportation experts to include Norcross Mayor Bucky Johnson and former Gwinnett County Transportation Director, Brian Allen are slated forum panelists.
In addition to small, citizen-led table top discussions about metro Atlanta regional transportation needs, forum participants can expect to learn specific details about the Transportation Investment Act, proposed Gwinnett transportation projects and the impact regional transportation has on local economies.
