Fire Causes Heavy Damage To Gwinnett Business
The warehouse fire at Lightcraft Lighting happened shortly after 10 a.m. on Tuesday.
SUWANEE, GA — A fire in the warehouse of a Suwanee business caused heavy damage Tuesday morning.
Firefighters responded at 10:11 a.m. to a report of a business fire at Lightcraft Lighting, located in the 1000 block of Industrial Court NW in Suwanee.
Crews arrived to find heavy smoke showing from a single-story office and warehouse building. They quickly attacked the fire using hose lines and an aerial ladder.

The fire caused heavy damage to the Lightcraft business and extensive water and smoke damage in neighboring businesses.
The exact cause of the fire in the business, which sells lighting fixtures, remained under investigation Tuesday afternoon.

One employee was at the business when the fire erupted. He was in an office area and was alerted by the smell of smoke.
There were not injuries reported.
