Norcross High School will have the third-largest graduating class in Gwinnett County when 788 seniors receive diplomas this week.

At the top of the class are Valedictorian Ethan Chervonski and Salutatorian Matthew Chen, the Nos. 1 and 2 seniors academically.

- Norcross High’s graduation is scheduled at 8 p.m. Friday, May 22 at the Gwinnett Arena.
- Norcross will have 157 honor graduates.
- The school’s graduating class is third behind Mill Creek (799) and Brookwood (795).
- Norcross’s Abram Alexander (U.S. Air Force) and Hadiyah Underwood (West Point) are among the 26 GCPS students to receive appointments to military academies.
- The Norcross Class of 2015 includes 60 IB Diploma students and 156 course candidate students. This is the largest group of IB Diploma students since the program began at Norcross.
- More than 11,000 seniors will graduate from Gwinnett County Schools this year.
- 83% of the students graduating this year report that they plan to continue their education by attending college or postsecondary schools.
- The seniors who plan to continue their education have been offered, as of April of 2015, nearly $155 million in academic, athletic, and military scholarships.
