Gunman Hit in Officer-Involved Shooting Outside Waffle House
The shooting occurred around 1:30 a.m. Monday morning.
A suspect was wounded in an officer-involved shooting outside a Waffle House restaurant early Monday morning in Norcross.
WSB-TV reported police were responding to a report of a possible fight at the Fusion Event Hall on Brook Hollow Parkway around 1:30 a.m., when a gunman in the Waffle House parking lot nearby opened fire toward the Knights Inn motel next door. A person at the motel was wounded.
Norcross Police returned fire and struck the shooter.
