Gwinnett County Public Library Presents a Special Story Time Reading, "Elf Pets: A Reindeer Tradition" - November 14th, 6:30PM
Gwinnett County Public Library in Partnership with Barnes & Noble Booksellers Presents "Elf on the Shelf" Author, Chanda Bell

Will Santa’s Elf Pets be able to collect enough Christmas spirit throughout the year to make his sleigh soar on the long flight around the world? Come hear co-author Chanda Bell as she reads the story of how the reindeer’s full heart will help Santa’s sleigh fly! And while you’re there, have your own personal copy of the story signed by Chanda.
The Elf on the Shelf story was created in 2004 by Carol Aebersold and daughter Chanda Bell. Bell suggested they write a book about their own family tradition of an elf sent from Santa who came to watch over them at Christmas time. Winner of the Best Toy Award by Learning Express, Book of the Year Award from Creative Child Awards, and National Best Books, 2008 Award sponsored by USA Book News, the series continues to delight and amaze children of all ages.
On November 14, Gwinnett Public Library, in partnership with Barnes & Noble, will host Ms. Bell at Barnes & Noble Booksellers, The Forum on Peachtree Parkway, 5141 Peachtree Pkwy, Norcross, GA 30092. Books will be provided by the bookseller for purchase and signing and the event is free and open to the public.
