Gwinnett Police Investigate Early Morning Homicide
Police responded to a shooting around 2 a.m. at the Forest Vale Apartments near Norcross.
Gwinnett Police are investigating an early morning fatal shooting at a Norcross-area apartment complex.
Police spokesman Cpl. Deon Washington said the shooting happened around 2 a.m. at the Forest Vale Apartments, located at 1128 Forest Vale Lane, in an area south of Jimmy Carter Boulevard.
Washington said police arrived to find Kevin Rivera, 21, of Norcross, dead with multiple gunshot wounds.

Detectives are following several leads in the case.
