The kickoff meeting for the city's new comprehensive transportation plan is set for Thursday at city hall.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — Do you have thoughts about traffic in and around Peachtree Corners?

The city is kicking off a new, comprehensive transportation plan and you are invited to give you input.

The kickoff meeting is set for Thursday, August 11, from 6-8 p.m.

It will be held in council chambers at city hall, at 147 Technology Parkway, Suite 200, in Peachtree Corners.

The city's Comprehensive Transportation Plan will consist of recommendations for transportation improvements, which include, but are not limited to, intersections, road widenings, sidewalks, bike facilities, and trails.

The goal, according to the city, is "to maintain and expand the city’s infrastructure while fostering a healthy, livable city."

People who live, work, shop and spend recreation time in Peachtree Corners are invited to share their thoughts at the meeting.
