According to a Gwinnett Police incident report, police answered a domestic dispute call on March 15 that apparently began after the boy climbed into the house through the girl’s second-story bedroom window. The boy told police he was there to console the daughter due to her recent breakup with her boyfriend.

They were just friends, he insisted.

The teens went to her father’s bedroom and locked the door, according to the incident report. The father came knocking soon after and found the two inside.

The boy told police the father began angry, then punched him in the face, put him in a headlock, dragged him outside and threw him to the ground.

The father told police he was having a party and couldn’t find his daughter. When he found them in the bedroom, he said he asked the teen who he was. The father said the boy said “I’m so sorry, sir,” and ran out. The father said he pushed the boy against a wall as he was running out of the house.

The girl refused to talk to police.

Due to conflicting stories, no charges were filed.
