Jasmyn Wilkins Talks About Miss USA Pageant

Wesleyan School grad – 4th at Miss USA Pageant – tells 11Alive about her experience.

Jasmyn Wilkins, a graduate of Wesleyan School in Peachtree Corners, who came in fourth place at Miss USA on June 3, talked to 11Alive about her experience and some of the controversy surrounding the pageant.

Wilkins is getting set to graduate for Georgia State University and plans to become a nurse. During her reign as Miss Georiga, Wilkins worked to raise awareness of organ donations, as her mother suffers from a rare liver condition and has undergone two liver transplants that saved her life.

Wilkins, a Johns Creek resident, has a brother Damien Wilkins who played for the Detroit Pistons, and her father and uncle are both retired NBA players.
