Jimmy Carter Boulevard Shut Down Due To Water Main Break
Police say the road likely will be shut down until late Tuesday or early Wednesday.
NORCROSS, GA — Part of Jimmy Carter Boulevard will be shut down through Tuesday night due to a water main break.
The busy roadway is shut down near Live Oak Parkway south of Interstate 85, Gwinnett County Police said.
Police spokeswoman Cpl. Michele Pihera said the road likely would remain closed until late Tuesday or early Wednesday as crews worked to fix the break.

The area of Jimmy Carter Boulevard that is closed runs from Brook Hollow Parkway to Interstate 85. Police on Tuesday were urging area motorists to make alternate plans for their commutes home and, possibly, to work Wednesday morning.
