Arrested were Randy Michael Bell of Atlanta and Carl Edward Sanders of Sandy Springs. Both men were referred to as pimps in a Norcross PD news release.
Norcross undercover officers investigated after the mother called police on July 21. The officers arranged to meet the 18-year-old at the motel and were able to remove from the room, police said.

According to the news release, “An on-scene interview with the victim revealed that one of her pimps, Randy Bell, had also forced her to sit in extremely hot tub water for disrespecting him and to teach her a lesson.”
Police found Bell in a separate motel room with another woman. “A second pimp, Carl Sanders, was also identified on scene,” police said.
Bell was being held without bond in the Gwinnett County Jail, charged with pimping, keeping a place of prostitution and human trafficking. Sanders is in jail on an $11,400 bond, and charged with pimping and keeping a place of prostitution.
Additional charges are possible as the investigation continues.
