PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — Leaders in Peachtree Corners last week cut the ribbon on a pair of new housing developments on Spalding Drive.

Oglethorpe is next to Weslyan School and Duke Reserve is across the street from the Peachtree Corners post office.

Both communities offer full landscape maintenance.

"When we developed the city’s comprehensive plan, a housing option that offers smaller lots without sacrificing square footage was in short supply," said Mayor Mike Mason. "These two new developments will help fill that need. We are happy to welcome Peachtree Residential Properties to Peachtree Corners."
