New Peachtree Corners Business Association Launches

It's been in the works for months but now the Peachtree Corners Business Association (PCBA) is scheduled to hold its first meeting next week.

The new organization officially launches on Tuesday, Feb. 21 when it holds its inaugural meeting at the in Peachtree Corners. The meeting will be held from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m.

As the community grew, many felt that a business association for Peachtree Corners was needed. Michael McLauglin, the association's president, is delighted to be a part of PCBA.

"What an exciting time to 'work, live and play' in Peachtree Corners," said McLaughlin. "We are very excited to formally announce the existence of the Peachtree Corners Business Association."

The Peachtree Corners Business Association is member-based and was formed to help businesses connect and speak with one voice. It represents various industries from those in business for themselves, as well as other professionals in the community.

McLaughlin said members will have the opportunity to benefit through networking meetings, social events, education forums, community events and various other activities.

You're not required to join to attend the first meeting said McLaughlin, but a head count is needed in advance for planning purposes.

It is also not required that you have a business or work for a business in Peachtree Corners to join. The PCBA is for individuals that work and/or live in and around the Peachtree Corners area.
