New Townhomes, Pawn Shop, Town Center on Planning Commission Agenda

Commission to review plans for new residential development, a special use permit, plans for property across from The Forum.

The Peachtree Corners Planning Commission is scheduled to meet on Wednesday, Nov. 12 at 7 p.m. to hear:

A request to rezone property from M-1 Light Industry to R-TH and approve associated variances in order to develop a 25-lot residential subdivision on 4.33 acres located at 5555 Spalding Drive.

A request for a special use permit to allow a pawn shop in a C-2 zoning district for property located at 6385 Spalding Drive.

A request for concept plan approval on 20.6 acres of property located in the 5200 block of Peachtree Parkway.

The Commission will also continue its review and discussion of City Entryway Features design concepts and the 2033 Comprehensive Plan Work Program.
