Newk's Eatery Opens in Peachtree Corners
Restaurant chain is owned by the former owners of McAlister's Deli.

Peachtree Corners, GA -- Jackson, Mississippi-based Newk’s Eatery opened its doors in Peachtree Corners on Wednesday, December 23.
Founded in 2004 by the former owners of McAlister’s Deli, Newk’s has 80 locations throughout the South. Many recipes come directly from family recipes at Newk’s, according to the restaurant’s website.
The Peachtree Corners restaurant is located at The Forum (5185 Peachtree Parkway, Suite 105), and seats 124 people, with additional outdoor seating.

According to a news release, Newk’s is known for its made-from-scratch sandwiches, salads, soups and California-
style pizzas.

“We’re so happy to welcome Newk’s to our city,” city council member Lorri Christopher said during a recent ribbon-cutting ceremony, according to the release. “We are glad that they have chosen our city to open their newest restaurant; we know they will do well here.”
