A fire started inside a dryer was reported at a Peachtree Corners-area animal hospital, but none of the 20 animals were injured.

Gwinnett Fire says crews responded around 5:30 p.m. on April 17 at the Medlock Bridge Animal Hospital on Old Peachtree Road.
Towels inside a dryer caught fire, but was out by the time firefighters arrived, leaving light smoke and little damage.

“All occupants were able to evacuate the structure without any injuries, and the animals were sheltered in place,” the department said in a news release.
