Online Campus Educator Among Semifinalists for Gwinnett Teacher of the Year
In all, 26 teachers are still in the running for the district's top honor

Gwinnett County Public Schools released the names of the semifinalists for the systemβs annual Teacher of the Year award.
A committee made up of teachers, central office personnel, and administrators narrowed a list of 131 local Teachers of the Year down to 26 semifinalists β 15 elementary, 5 middle and 6 high school teachers.
One of the semifinalists isΒ Randi Hill of Gwinnett Online Campus. Hill is a Local School Technology Coordinator.

The annual Teacher of the Year banquet will be held Tuesday, November 11, 2014, at the Gwinnett Center in Duluth. Once named, the 2015 Gwinnett County Teacher of the Year will compete to become Georgiaβs Teacher of the Year.
