Peachtree Cafe Opens in Peachtree Corners
The eatery's Lawrenceville location is known for its popular breakfast menu.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — Popular Lawrenceville eatery Peachtree Cafe has expanded, with a new location opening in Peachtree Corners.
The new restaurant, popular for its breakfasts, opened Thursday.
It is located on Holcomb Bridge Road near Spalding Drive, in the restaurant space formerly occupied by Little Azio's Pizza.

Peachtree Cafe was opened by business partners Nardo Sanmartin, Miguel Suarez and Roberto Paucar.
Sanmartin said he and his partners had been looking for a place to expand and were delighted to find the Peachtree Corners spot.

They remodeled the 3,600-square-foot space, which now boasts a fresh exterior and remodeled interior with contemporary lighting and seating for 60 inside and another 30 on a covered patio.
Peachtree Cafe serves breakfast, lunch and dinner, though it's best known for a breakfast menu that includes Belgian waffles, sweet potato pancakes and an eggs benedict recipe Suarez says he brought from New York City.
"There’s no doubt Peachtree Cafe is going to be a very popular place to eat," Mayor Mike Mason said in a news release. "We’re pleased they have chosen Peachtree Corners to expand their restaurant business and welcome them to the community."
Peachtree Café is located at 3975 Holcomb Bridge Road, Peachtree Corners, GA 30092. The new eatery is now open for breakfast and lunch and beginning on Monday it will open for dinner.
The hours of operation beginning on Monday are: Monday-Thursday, 6 a.m.-10 p.m., Friday, 6 a.m.–midnight, Saturday, 7 a.m.-midnight, Sunday, 7 a.m.–10 p.m.
