Peachtree Corners Council Approves Zoning Amendment for Roberts Properties (ICYMI)

Development plans for 6.47 acres on Peachtree Parkway includes restaurant, retail space and hotel.

The Peachtree Corners City Council approved a zoning allowance Tuesday night at its regular meeting, paving the way for the development of 6.47 acres at Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle.

Roberts Properties asked for building elevation approval and variances associated with the development, which could include a restaurant and a retail shop at the front of the property, the Gwinnett Daily Post reported. The council approved the request, with conditions, according to summary minutes from the meeting (see below)

The property is located at 5242 Peachtree Parkway.

Property owner Charlie Roberts said a hotel has expressed interest in building there, likely in the back of the property, the newspaper reported.
