Lids are not in good repair and not considered easily cleanable. Non-food contact surfaces not clean. At time of inspection, observed several fruit flies at bar area.

Observed numerous single-use gloves that were soiled being stored around kitchen area. Non-food contact surfaces not clean. Interior shelving of walk-in cooler not clean. Floors and walls not clean. Buildup of debris around cove base of floors and walls. Must perform detailed cleaning of facility. At time of inspection, observed several rodent droppings around bulk storage area and around wall.

Remarks: There was not an original copy of the ServSafe within the facility. Spoke with manager that the original copy shall be posted. Ice machine has a substance that appears to be rust on the food contact surface. Observed hashbrowns, grits, and sausage and gravy not holding temperature of at least 135F. Handsink in the corner of the kitchen was splashing on clean equipment and food. Employee was handling foods while wearing two rings.
