It’s taken nearly a year, but city leaders were finally able to reveal the plans for Peachtree Corners’ Town Center which is planned for the 20+ acres across from The Forum.
Atlanta-based developer Fuqua and the City began working on concept plans in late 2013 and on Monday, Oct. 27, at a UPCCA-sponsored event, shared the vision for the new development.

The plans call for a mixed use development with retail shops, restaurants, offices and townhomes, a two-acre green space, a place for a performing arts facility and enough parking to accommodate special events.
The renderings displayed are concept plans of what the Town Center will look like when complete. They include several restaurants, including a roof-top dining overlooking the Town Green, a cinema and two-acres of green space with a clock tower, splash pool and band shell for outdoor concerts.
