Photos Released of Remaining Suspects in Deadly Home Invasion

The homeowner shot and killed one of the intruders in her Gwinnett County residence early Friday.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA β€” Police on Wednesday released still photos of two suspects in a deadly Gwinnett County home invasion from last week.

One of the home's residents, a Gwinnett County restaurant owner whom police have not identified by name, shot and killed one of three intruders who police say forced their way into the home shortly before 4 a.m. Friday with the intention of robbing her.

Police identified the deceased as Antonio Leeks, 28, of Atlanta.

One of the surviving intruders exchanged fire with the woman as they ran away, according to police.

Gwinnett County Police describe the first suspect as a black male, standing about six feet tall with a thin build and facial hair. He was wearing a white baseball cap, dark colored pants and dark athletic shows with some kind of reflective symbol.

The second suspect is described as a black male standing about six feet tall with short black hair and facial hair. He was wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt, dark colored plants and black athletic shoes.

Police say the woman was staying at the residence because it is convenient to her business. She and another man who was staying there are not married or in a relationship, police said.

The incident happened on the 3500 block of Spring Drive, which is an Atlanta address in Gwinnett County near Peachtree Corners.
