Planning Commission To Hear Zoning, Special Use Requests
The Peachtree Corners citizen committee to meet at the YMCA on Tuesday, Nov. 13 at 7:00 p.m.

The Peachtree Corners Planning Commission will meet on Tuesday, Nov. 13, to hear requests from four applicants requesting zoning changes and special use permits.
On the agenda:
- Amer Habib, the owner of a business on Buford Highway is requesting a change in conditions of zoning on 1.89 acres of property currently zoned C-2 to remove permit deadline and reduce required buffer from 25 feet to 15 feet.
- Wesleyan School is requesting a special use permit in an R-100 zoning district for a private school expansion of 5.99 acres on the 3600 block of Spalding Terrace.
- Wesleyan School is also requesting a special use permit in an R-100 zoning district on 3.46 acres on the 5300 block of Spalding Drive and the 3400 block of Spalding Terrace.
- The owner of Salem Leasing Corporation is requesting a special use permit in an M-1 Zoning district for truck sales and leasing and service on 7.92 acres on the 4900 block of Buford Highway.
The Planning Commission meeting will be held at the Fowler YMCA in Peachtree Corners at 7:00 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012.
