Police Chase Ends in Two Deaths
UPDATE: Police say a Tennessee man had a car full of drugs and a handgun when he struck and killed an elderly couple.

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- A Norcross couple in their 70’s were killed late Thursday when their vehicle was struck by a father and son with a car full of drugs who were running from police.
Kryzysztof Krawczynski, 77, and his wife Elzbieta Gurtler-Krawczynski, 78, died at the scene of the crash, at Peachtree Parkway and Jay Bird Alley, Gwinnett County Police said.
The incident started at about 10:30 p.m. Thursday, when a vehicle pursuit by Johns Creek Police led into Gwinnett County.

As the suspect, Larry Thomas, 47, of Tennessee, approached the intersection from the north, he slammed into the vehicle being driven by Krawczynski.
Thomas and his son, 18-year-old Jesse Thomas, were taken to Gwinnett Medical Center in Lawrenceville.

Larry Thomas faces charges that include DUI, two counts of vehicular homicide, trafficking methamphetamine, trafficking morphine, possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of cocaine, possession of LSD and possessing a handgun during commission of a felony.
Jesse Thomas faces the same drug and gun charges.
