They thought the suspect could be barricaded in his house.

Gwinnett Police are looking for a suspected burglar who was seen stealing from a neighbor, prompting a call to the SWAT team because of a possible barricade.

Gary Christopher Dean, 44, was still at large Friday night, according to police. He is wanted for a burglary earlier in the day on Yellow River Drive in the Lawrenceville area.

Police said a witness saw Dean burglarizing his neighbor’s home and leaving with a shotgun. He also was seen returning to his own residence, but not leaving.
