Council approved an amended FY 2015 budget and adoption of the FY 2016 budget, according summary minutes from the city (see the entire summary below).
Tabled was an ordinance amendment that would prohibit tube lighting at business entrances in the city, apparently for aesthetic reasons.

According to a report on the meeting by the Gwinnett Daily Post, one business owner told council during a public hearing on the proposal, “If this goes through, we’ll be closed by the end of next year.”
Among other items approved was the acceptance of a 7-plus-acre subdivision plat at Peachtree Parkway and Peachtree Corners Circle.
