Q&A with owner of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa at Peachtree Station

Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa recently opened at Peachtree Station, a new mixed-use retail center in Georgia. Located at 5001 Peachtree Boulevard in Suite 610, we sat down with Morven Groves, the owner of Hand & Stone Massage and Facial Spa, to find out all about her business and why she chose Peachtree Station.

Q: Tell us about your business.

A: We offer massage, facials and waxing in a relaxing spa environment seven days a week. We accept both appointments and walk-ins and offer a very flexible month-to-month membership program. For those special occasions/special people, we also offer gift cards, redeemable in our location or in any of the 325+ Hand & Stone spas around the nation.

Q: When did you open?

A: We officially opened on August 7!

Q: Why did you choose Peachtree Station?

A: We wanted to be in this readily accessible, vibrant and growing part of town, and to be in a shopping center with many other health and wellness-minded tenants.

Q: Will you be offering any specials in celebration of your opening?

A: Our introductory massage or facial is $49.95, and our introductory hot stone massage (our signature massage), is only $69.95.

Q: What's the most unique thing about your store or that you offer at your store?

A: We feature Clarity Rx as one of our facial product lines. It’s a results-driven, clinical skin care line that doesn’t use harsh and harmful synthetic chemicals.

Q: What's your favorite item in your store?

A: Our team of experienced estheticians and massage therapists!

Q: Why do you love your job?

A: We help people take care of their mind, bodies and skin so they can enjoy all the other aspects of their lives.

Q: What is something that you'd love customers to know about you?

A: I was a chemist at college so enjoy reading our product labels!

The retail hub is located at 5001 Peachtree Blvd. at the intersection of Peachtree Boulevard and Peachtree Road. Scheduled to open in August 18, 2017, a 45,000-square- foot Whole Foods Market will anchor the retail hub and its other mixed-use occupants.
