Report: Jamal Anderson Was Passed Out on Interstate

Georgia trooper said former Falcons' star "didn't really have a good explanation as to why he had parked in the middle of the interstate."

Former Atlanta Falcons running back Jamal Anderson was passed out behind the wheel on I-85 in Gwinnett County before he was arrested and charged with DUI last week, according to the Georgia State Patrol.

The Gwinnett Daily Post, citing the incident report, reported Anderson was found passed out in his Cadillac Escalade in a HOT lane near the I-85/Ga. 316 merger Friday afternoon.

The newspaper said an off-duty Brookhaven cop was first alerted by motorists of the dangerously parked vehicle. The cop told Anderson to move the vehicle to the shoulder of the road, then called the state patrol.
