Observations: Food employees not cleaning hands immediately before engaging in food prep. Employee came into the facility from outside, clocked in at the cash register, donned new gloves & prepared customer’s food without washing his hands.Employees drinking from an unapproved, uncovered container in the food prep or food storage area. Employee’s drink cup, with no lid & no straw, stored on top of the ice machine. No soap at the kitchen hand sink; this is the only hand sink in the food area. Soap provided.Empty paper towel dispensers in the men’s restroom, women’s restroom. Mold-like buildup inside the main ice machine & inside the self-service drink station ice machine (behind the front panels). PIC stated ice machines are cleaned behind the panels quarterly. Written procedures for use of time only as a control for potentially hazardous foods not prepared in advance and maintained in the establishment. Broken wires on fry baskets in use. Old stickers/residue left on food containers in use & stored clean
