Restaurants, Shops Announced For Town Center

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA — Farm Burger, Marlow's Tavern and Thai Express are just a few of the businesses that will join dinner-and-a-movie spot Cinebistro in Peachtree Corners' new town center.

On Friday, the city released a list of names of businesses planned for the mixed-use retail district, being developed by Fuqua Development at Peachtree Parkway and Forum Drive.

Spots expected to join Cinebistro at Town Center now include:

• Farm Burger
• Feed Fried Chicken and Such
• Firebirds Wood-Fired Grill
• First Watch-Daytime Cafe
• Kremo Ice Cream
• Marlow's Tavern
• Salata Salad Bar
• Thai Express
• European Wax Center
• Hollywood Feed
• Sage Dental
• Tipsy Salonbar

Ground was broken June 30 on the 21-acre center. It is a $103 million private-public partnership. Being built on one of the city's few sizable tracts of undeveloped land, the development will be anchored by Cinebistro, a high-end movie and dinner theater.

There will be restaurants, retail shops, office space, townhomes and a two-acre town green.

The property had been slated for a 270-apartment development before the city stepped in and bought the property in 2013.

The development is expected to include more than 70 townhomes. The Town Green will include an interactive water feature, open air pavilion, cafe tables, a fire pit, a projection screen, an open lawn, interactive art and a community garden.

A 3,000 square-foot veterans monument will also be featured on the Town Green and include seven sculptures donated by sculptor Chad Fisher.

Fuqua Development expects to have Town Center open in the fall of 2018.
