The School Box Opens in Peachtree Corners

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- School may be out, but in Peachtree Corners, The School Box is now open.

The educational tools and supplies store for parents and teachers, located at 6050 Peachtree Pkwy., opened Monday.

Headquartered in Kennesaw, The School Box was founded in 1990 by David and Christine Persson.

It now has 11 stores in Georgia, Tennessee and Virginia, as well as its online and catalog-sales presence.

"The School Box Family has prided itself on providing what's best for teachers, parents and homeschoolers ... Providing A+ Service and Products that Teach, Challenge and Inspire!" the chain's website says.

In Georgia, other The School Box stores are located at The Mall of Georgia and in Conyers, Hiram, Alpharetta, Tucker and Morrow.
