Specialty Pet Store Opens in Peachtree Corners

PEACHTREE CORNERS, GA -- If your fancy, four-legged friends are due for a treat, there's a new spot in Peachtree Corners to indulge them.

Pooch N Paws Pet Boutique & Bakery, a specialty pet store and grooming spa, has opened at The Forum, next to Trader Joe's.

Mayor Mike Mason and city council member Weare Gratwick attended a ribbon-cutting Friday to welcome owners Bob and Starla Pellegrino to the city.

"It’s a pleasure to welcome Pooch N Paws to our city," said Mason. "With so many pet owners in Peachtree Corners, I’m sure their store will be very popular."

Pooch N Paws specializes in holistic dog and cat food as well as fresh bakery dog treats.

The store offers an array of pet accessories including collars, leashes, beds, bowls, carriers, strollers and apparel. Full service grooming is also available.

This is the second store for the Pellegrinos. They opened their first Pooch N Paws in 2010 in Suwanee.

"We’re delighted to be here," said Starla Pellegrino. "We had been looking for a location at The Forum for some time and are so happy to finally open in Peachtree Corners."

Pooch N Paws at The Forum is located at 5185 Peachtree Pkwy., Suite 102.
