Wesleyan School Graduates 95 Seniors

At 9 o'clock Saturday morning under bright blue skies 95 graduating students of Wesleyan School said farewell to the familiarity of their surroundings to head off to begin in a new direction.

The graduation ceremonies of the private school located in Peachtree Corners were held May 21, where friends, family and faculty shared in the joy as they watched the graduating seniors take the stage to accept their diplomas.

All graduates are college bound. Forty-one of Wesleyan's seniors will attend colleges in-state, choosing schools nearby such as Gainesville State College, Georgia State University and University of Georgia.

The remaining 2011 graduating class will head out of state, some to campusus far from home including the University of Notre Dame in Indiana, the California campus of Pepperdine and Cornell University in New York.

This year's valedictorians, Kailee Trum, plans to attend Atlanta's Georgia Tech in the fall, Drew Widner, the school's salutatorian is headed to Virginia to attend the University of Virginia. Below is a complete list of graduating seniors and the colleges they will attend this fall.
